Procedure


The academic year at Sterling Public School starts in April every year. Admissions are open to all classes depending upon the availability of seats. The prescribed minimum age for admission to LKG is 3 ½ Yrs, UKG is 4 ½ Yrs and Class 1st is 5 ½ Yrs as on June 1st of the year of admission. For admission, parents have to buy and fill up a Registration Form & Prospectus, which is available at the office of the School for Rs 100.00 only from the 1st March every year and submit at the same place.

  • The dates for the Management-Parent interface will be notified at the time of submission of the registration form.
  • The registration fee is non refundable. Registration does not imply admission.
  • The admission is subject to availability of seats, the student’s performance in the interview/test and other related procedures.
  • For the Nursery section admission is based on oral assessment of the student.
  • List of the successful candidates are put up on the school notice board as per the dates specified.
  • It is essential for the parents to be present with the child at the time of admission.
  • Once the candidate is successful in the Admission test, the other formalities to be completed are :
    Payment of all fees within the due date
    Submission of proof of date of birth
  • Once the admission fees is paid it will not be refunded under any circumstances
Withdrawal

Interested Students who want to leave school may apply for withdrawn on a prescribed form available at the school office on a payment of Rs 100.00 only. Transfer certificate (T.C) shall be issued in due course of time after getting no dues.
